Today we interviewed Nancy to find out a little more about her and her NEW Buggy Beat classes launching in SW London:
“I have been teaching in gyms and running dance classes and workshops for many years as a side line to my career in travel and hospitality but when I had my little boy 4 years ago I knew I wanted a change in life style . I did my level 3 Pilates with CTG last year and did they each Mums and Tots Fitness Pilates module too and I love the classes which I run in SW London . ]
It seemed natural to add Buggy Beat to my qualifications as I know how exercising outdoors is so uplifting and it’s such fun to workout with little ones in the fresh air. Women with small children can feel isolated at times so getting outdoors to exercise and socialise with other people is brilliant .
its not just about new mums though – I love that it’s an inclusive class and I am very keen to open up my classes to parents and caregivers with toddlers and pre- schoolers .
My little boy is looking forward to coming with me and knows all about Buggy Beat though he certainly won’t be staying in the buggy for long!
I have chosen a Park we go to a lot as it’s a beautiful spot with good transport and a nearby cafe for families to go to afterwards. I know it will be hard work building things up but I cannot wait to start”
Nancy will be running classes on Tuesdays at 10:30am Morden Park!
