SO excited for you to meet Vicky Little. Vicky with her business Fit Like a Girl based in Harrogate North Yorkshire is now running 3 Buggy Beat classes all busy and thriving.
A former Support worker, qualified with a degree in working with children and young people and Fitness Professional teaching clients with disabilities and special needs Vicky set up Fit Like A Girl only 18 months ago to provide group exercise classes for girls 8+.
A mum of two girls she noticed the effect social media was having on her daughters and their friends and wanted to createclasses catering for girls.
The classes have gone from strength to strength.
Vicky is extremely passionate about mental health which is an over arching theme in her business and through all her Fit Like a Girl Classes, Buggy Beat and KSFL. Vicky teaches 3 full Buggy Beat classes as week!
