This week’s class REALLY felt like Autumn, all of the beautiful leaves are now covering the beautiful Heanor Memorial Park and the little ones were all wrapped up in coats and hats!
We had a great class working with the resistance bands and I can really see the fitness improving in the group!
Thanks to everyone who came along- there is no class for the next couple of weeks but then we will be back with indoor classes for the Winter weather.
