Buggy Beat commonly asked questions

Hey so you are thinking of joining one of our Buggy Beat classes? FANTASTIC… here are some commonly asked questions to help you get started:

  1. What happens before the class? Before you start you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire to make sure you are fit and well for the class and ready to go!
  2. How long is the class? Our classes are usually 45 mins- 1 hour long and run all year round.
  3. Is there an age limit for the child? No we love you to bring along kids who want to get involved too- it is a family class.
  4. What sort of exercises will we be doing? We vary our workouts from week to week so you don’t get bored- but our outdoor cross training is a mix of cardio and building back up core strength.
  5. What if i cant do the workout? We ask you to work at your OWN pace in the class- we often have mums sitting out for bits they don’t feel able to do yet or simply taking the workout at their own pace by walking instead of running etc.- we even have mums breastfeeding/ changing nappies while we workout.
  6. What should i bring? It is helpful if you can bring a mat, water and anything the baby may need for the time you are at the workout. We also ask you to be prepared with sun cream/ hats in the Summer.
