WELL DONE to Sara, who launched her first Buggy Beat class with great success in Sandall Park Doncaster
A fantastic first Buggy Beat class, 10 mums and dads. This is my daughter Steph and granddaughter Clara. One of the main reasons I am doing Buggy Beat.
Today was a free session and everyone has signed up and a couple have asked if they can bring a friend.
I even have 6 of them coming to my evening cardio class tonight.
Such a beautiful sunny morning for the launch.
