It can certainly be difficult to get back into a regular workout routine after having a baby or whilst managing a toddler.

Sleep deprivation is a big part of this! The idea of going to the gym to workout can just be totally out of the question- the simplest thing to do is to start walking and build up from there as after all exercising with your baby can have big benefits for you both!
