Buggy Beat Heanor has been running for a year now and the group has grown in confidence, fitness and we have made a lovely group of friends!
The weather has been so kind to us this year- this week we are still in sunglasses and vest tops would you believe it!
Long may this weather continue so we can stay outdoors in the fresh air for our workouts 🙂
